    • DAY 1


    Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), you will be met and escorted by our HTCey Leisure Tour Guides to your vehicle of choice. You will then proceed to Negombo, the coastal town renowned for sea food and golden beaches where you will check in to a hotel of your choice. The day in Negombo will be spent at your leisure relaxing and rejuvenating before you start your wildlife expedition.

    • DAY 2


    Checkout after Breakfast and proceed to Sinharaja Rain Forest, A UNESCO World Heritage Site. You may indulge in a short trekking tour with the help of our qualified Tour Guide who will assist you in every aspect of jungle trekking. The rest of the evening will be spent at your leisure enjoying nature and the peaceful surroundings.

    (Approximately a 5 hour journey from Negombo to Sinharaja Forest)

    • DAY 3

    Sinharaja → Udawalawe

    After an early breakfast, proceed to explore the mesmerizing Sinharaja Forest. Sinharaja is an 18,899 hectare virgin rain forest which is the largest remaining rainforest reserve in Sri Lanka. You can explore this natural beauty by trekking through the tropical lowland rainforest and discover over 147 recoded bird species. The best time to visit Sinharaja is from August to September and January to March.

    In the late afternoon, you could check out from your hotel and travel to Uda Walawe in preparation for your Safari at the Uda Walawe National Park the next morning.

    • DAY 4

    Udawalawe → Bundala → Yala

    With a Breakfast to go, you will proceed on a very exciting Wild life Safari. Your guide will ensure that everything required to make it happen is taken care of so that you don't miss on any of the action.

    The park consists of over 30,000 hectares of wild nature reserve bordering the dry zone. The main attraction of the park is its wild Elephants and migratory birds. Upon completing the Safari in Uda Walawe, you will travel a short distance to Bundala National Park for yet another thrilling Safari adventure.

    Bundala is a 6,216 hectare scenic National Park that borders a coastal lagoon and is less commercialized than many of the other national parks in Sri Lanka. The park is better known for birds and the most prominent visitor to the park is the beautiful flamingo that adds a striking color to the scenery. Bundala is the only National Park in Sri Lanka that is home to the estuarine and the fresh water crocodiles - the two species of crocodiles endemic to the country. The best time to visit the park is from May through to September. At dusk, you will proceed to your next destination – Yala – for your overnight stay.

    • DAY 5


    Early morning at sunrise is when one should enter the Yala national park in order to get a viewing of some of the magnificent wild animals. You could request the hotel to pack you a breakfast to go so that you arrive at the entrance to the Park right as they are opening for the day. Your tour guide will accompany you to the park which has the highest density of Leopards in the world, and is also home to Elephants, Crocodiles, Wild boar, Deer, Sambar, Peacocks and dozens of birds.

    Once you have admired the wild animals to your heart's content, you will return to your hotel to relax and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. You could also have the option of returning to the Park in the late afternoon to get a glimpse of the animals retreating to the wilderness for their nightly activities.

    • DAY 6


    After Breakfast you will proceed to Hikkaduwa via Galle. En-route you can make a short visit to the Galle fort to admire the Dutch architecture and sip a cup of Ceylon tea at the Dutch fort. Once checked in at the hotel in Galle/Hikkaduwa, you could enjoy the beach, relax and prepare your self for your flight the next day. Alternatively you could continue the adventure with a glass bottom boat ride to see the underwater flora and fauna.

    • DAY 7


    Depart to the BIA to board your flight on time. You are expected to be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your departure time. Have a safe journey back home and we hope to see you soon.
